Short Breaks Can be taken most of the year apart from HIGH Season subject to availability - within 2 weeks notice.

We take bookings from one night where possible during low seasons @ £100 upwards (based on up to 4 sharing). We may be able to take 1 night at other times for last minutes. Short breaks from Sept-Mid May. Weekly bookings run Sat-Sat.

Our Booking Terms & Conditions
A deposit of £100 (non-refundable) per week is payable on booking. It is advisable to telephone to confirm the dates you require before sending your deposit. The dates will then be reserved for 5 days for the deposit to arrive. The maximum number of people to be accommodated overnight is stated and cannot be exceeded. To do so breaks the contract.

Our Cancellation Policy
£100.00 deposit forms a contract. When a property is cancelled, the deposit is lost. Balances have to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holidays as normal. If you cancel, we can only refund your payment if the property is re-let at the same price. Though we will do our best to re-let, we cannot guarantee this to be the case. Holiday Insurance is your personal safety net. We cannot stress enough the importance of this. If we have to cancel for reasons beyond our control, we will do our very best to find you alternative accommodation or give you a full refund.

River Esk Apartments do their very best to try and cater for holiday makers with disability restrictions. Please read the information carefully given for each property to gauge if it would be suitable for your individual needs.

Seal View is a very popular apartment for Whitby disabled holidaymakers. Being on the ground floor with ramp access into the building, easy internal layout, and flat route into the town. Scooters Can be hired from Whitby Disablement Group, and are usually picked up at the Tourism Bureau in Whitby. You can discuss all mobility concerns with the group, who are very helpful.
